Solstice

The Solstice Project is a complete home transformation, where an entirely new layout redefined the way the space is experienced. The original floor plan felt closed-off and maze-like, limiting both flow and functionality. Through a full reconfiguration, the home was opened up into a cohesive, intuitive layout that enhances movement, light, and everyday living.

A key aspect of this project was the integration of a pre-designed kitchen. Rather than custom-designing the cabinetry, the focus was on thoughtfully incorporating a pre-built kitchen into the new layout, ensuring it felt seamless, intentional, and fully aligned with the overall design vision.

Beyond the kitchen, the renovation extended throughout the entire home. Bathrooms were fully updated with fresh, modern finishes, while the exterior was completely revitalized. New siding and the addition of both front and rear porches significantly enhanced the home’s curb appeal and outdoor living experience.
