Small room design
We believe that every room in your home should be special. Whether you need help with a nursery, bedroom, closet, pantry, laundry room, patio, garage or home office - our small room design package could be perfect for you. Please note that, depending on the scope of your project, the small room design package can also cover bathroom and powder room designs, but could be subject to additional fees.
e-design
Our E-Design Service is best suited for smaller scale projects that gives you the design guidance on how to furnish and decorate your residential space to execute on your own. Client communication is carried out virtually and a design book is presented with a shopping list of what and where to buy.
Design Consult
Our Design Consultation is a stand alone service to help solve your problems in real time. During a 2 hour on-site visit, we provide design ideas, recommendations and expertise to ultimately guide the start of your design project in the right direction. This service is perfect for the DIYer or those just starting to think about a renovation.
kitchen design
A one hour in home consultation, room measurements, 3D rendering design and material suggestions with virtual mood board. Full elevations are included for trades. Material selections are included in this package and cover: flooring, backsplash, countertops, cabinetry, hardware and paint colours.
Exterior 3D rendering
Want to see how you can improve curb appeal? Allow us to create a 3D digital rendering of the exterior of your home. We create two options for you to choose from. Includes paint colour palette, 1 hour in home consultation and 3D rendering.
Contractor, Builder and Real Estate Designs
Need to showcase your vision to clients?
For builder and contractors we can illustrate your vision and reduce costly and time consuming changes. Realtors having a hard time closing that estate sale or out dated home? We can provide a visual aid for showcasing the homes potential, as well as have contractors quote the project.
material selections
This service is held in our showroom or selected vendors showrooms with the help of one of our designers to select your dream home remodeling materials. This allows the average homeowner to find budget friendly materials that will spruce up your home’s aesthetic.
product sourcing
Where your designer will find, compile, and recommend finishes, fixtures, and furniture. This service is also helpful for finding that pinterest board item you want, or something similar for less. Price is charged per hour.
paint consultation
This service offers a paint consultation with one of our interior designers in order to help you determine your dream home colour pallet. You will be given a layout of paint wall and trim colour choices for requested rooms. Perfect for the DIYer or clients building/renovating their home.
Basic design
One hour in-home consultation with measurements and realistic 3D rendered design. This package will help you visualize your space. Our Basic Design Package is best suited for larger scale projects that require remodelling or renovation.
Heartwood design package
This design package includes a 3D Rendering, full mood board, product suggestions and paint colour pallets. Suitable for a one floor renovation project or a new builds. An elevated version of the basic design package that come with a floor plan and elevations for you, your contractor or one of our referred trades.
Luxury Design
This premium package will not only help you visualize your space, but it comes will full mood board, product suggestions and paint colour pallets. Our Luxury Design Service is best suited for larger scale projects that require remodelling or renovation. We take care of every detail during the design and planning stage and run your project from start to finish with transformational results you will love. In order for our team of design experts to deliver the 'elevated look,' a minimum budget is required.
