The Sandfield Project is a transformative main floor renovation that redefines the home through openness, light, and thoughtful design. By removing two substantial walls, the layout was reimagined into a seamless open-concept space, allowing natural light to flow effortlessly from the rear of the home to the front, instantly brightening the interior and creating the feeling of an entirely new home.

A key element of this renovation was the strategic refinement of the existing kitchen. Rather than replacing cabinetry, the original cabinets were expertly refinished and painted, achieving the look and feel of a brand-new kitchen while maintaining a sense of continuity. The addition of a spacious island further elevates the design, enhancing both scale and functionality with generous new workspace and a natural gathering point.

New quartz countertops were introduced to reflect light and bring a fresh, modern brightness to the space. This was complemented by new flooring throughout the main floor and a redesigned stair railing, adding a refined architectural detail that ties the entire renovation together.
