The Grace Project is a thoughtfully designed new construction completed in collaboration with Bayview Design Group, who led the architectural vision while our team curated both the interior and exterior design. Warm hardwood flooring flows seamlessly across the main level, grounding the space while enhancing the home’s natural light. At its heart, a spacious kitchen anchors the design, featuring a striking wood island that adds both warmth and character, creating a perfect balance between elegance and everyday functionality.

Every detail of this home was intentionally selected, from the cabinetry tones to the hardware on each door, ensuring a consistent and refined aesthetic throughout. One of the standout features is the custom tilework in the ensuite bathroom, an intricate and artful element that brings a unique layer of texture and sophistication to the space.
