The Finch Project is a full main-floor transformation, where a complete gut renovation reimagined the home’s layout into a refined, open-concept living environment. By removing the wall that once separated the kitchen, dining, and living areas, the space was thoughtfully restructured to create a seamless flow that enhances both functionality and connection.

At the heart of the design is a striking oversized island, purposefully designed to anchor the space. Equipped with an integrated cooktop and a discreet downdraft ventilation system, the island maintains clean sightlines throughout, eliminating the need for a bulky overhead hood and preserving the openness of the design.

Every detail of the interior was carefully curated, with furnishings and finishes selected to reflect a cohesive and elevated vision. From the kitchen through to the dining and living areas, the result is a sophisticated, unified space that embodies our design intent, modern, functional, and effortlessly elegant.
